About the Stop the Stigma campaign Stop the Stigma is a trade union campaign to raise awareness about periods and the menopause and how they affect the workplace. The campaign also highlights the necessity for the implementation of workplace policies to make workplaces more comfortable and inclusive for workers who may suffer because of symptoms of menstrual health or menopause. |

FSU’s work on menopause supports We have negotiated menopause policies in the major banks in Ireland and Northern Ireland, which include workplace flexibilities, paid leave, and a list of practical and environmental supports. We are advocating for supports across the wider finance and tech sector. |
