WRC Update - Kyndryl

Yesterday, FSU again attended conciliation with Kyndryl under the auspices of the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC).

We have now reached a preliminary outcome, which the conciliator will draft into a final report. We expect the conciliator’s report to be issued within the next week.

Once the final report is issued, we will then be in a position to communicate its full contents with members, hold a members’ meeting, and issue a ballot.

As is standard in WRC conciliation processes, both parties remain bound by confidentiality until the final report is issued.
