Staffing Survey: Snapshot on One Day

To help us gather strong data regarding branch staffing, and locations where staffing may be an issue, we are running a "Point in Time" Staffing Survey.

This survey is designed to capture a snapshot of exactly how many staff are on duty versus how many are needed. One person in each branch can fill out the short survey that takes less than a minute to complete.

We carried out a similar survey in June. We intend to compare the figures from June to now to assess whether staffing levels are in line with the current requirements. Having concrete numbers is essential when we meet with HR and management.

If you are facing specific issues in your branch regarding safety or workload, please contact your local Sector Committee member, details below:

FSU welcomes AIB’s announcement this week of the opening of a new retail banking branch in Hansfield, Dublin 15, located beside SuperValu Hansfield. This branch is scheduled to open in mid to late November.

This is the first new AIB branch opening in over a decade and will bring AIB’s retail branch network to 171 locations. This reflects the Bank’s commitment to a strong presence in communities, something FSU consistently campaigns on.

To support the opening of Hansfield branch, a Branch Manager vacancy has now been advertised.
