Pay Deal Is Accepted - ICE

We can now confirm that members have voted to accept the pay proposal and that the 3% pay increase will be applied with effect from 1 October 2026.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend our members’ meeting and vote in the ballot.

We recognise that everyone is feeling the pressure of rising living costs and that your pay increase needs to make a real difference. While the business continues to face its own challenges, this agreement delivers a higher increase than the last two years and represents a positive step forward in improving members’ pay.
