It’s coming to that time of year where FSU is prepping to enter into formal pay negotiations with AIB. When we sit down with your employer we need to be armed with the strongest possible mandate, including your voice.

We know that the cost of living has risen, and our members are conscious of inflation over the year with concerns about what 2027 will also bring. To win a fair pay rise, we need hard data from members - not just anecdotal evidence. That is why we are launching the Have Your Say - Shape your Pay 2027 Survey. 

The results of the survey will contribute to setting our demand and directly shape the pay claim we submit to AIB management. It will give us an insight into how members’ feel about their pay and expectations and identify the priorities that matter to you most.

It is important that all members engage with the survey and have their say.
