As we prepare for the next round of pay negotiations, we need to hear directly from you and your colleagues about your pay expectations and priorities for the year ahead.

The survey is open to all staff, so please share it widely with your colleagues. The more people who take part, the stronger our voice will be going into negotiations. Email, WhatsApp, or Teams it to colleagues.

We have conducted an analysis of the Bank’s financials, a pay market analysis and received an economic briefing from our economic advisors but we also want to hear directly from you. So, Have your say and Shape your Pay by completing this survey.
