Members' Meeting About Redundancy Terms - Kyndryl
22 July 2026
All FSU members are invited to a members’ meeting tomorrow, Thursday, 23 July 2026 at 2pm. Click here to register
Concerns have been raised with FSU about Kyndryl’s intention to renege on a collective Agreement covering redundancy terms that was signed in November 2024.
Members will be aware that Kyndryl is currently undertaking some redundancies among global teams. This is the first time since the 2024 Agreement was signed that the company’s commitment on redundancy terms has been put to the test.
Although Kyndryl has, during this process, re-confirmed its commitment to legacy BOI redundancy terms, they have reneged on their commitment to the IBM terms. This is currently impacting some FSU members.
We need to hold a meeting with all of our members to discuss what it means for Kyndryl to renege on an aspect of the 2024 Agreement, what it means for our industrial relations, and how our wider membership will respond.
Please register for the meeting on Thursday to attend and share your views.
