Hybrid Working - Update - AIB 16/25 - AIB Group
25 July 2025
AIB 16/25
Yesterday over 600 staff in AIB attended the first and second in a series of meetings the FSU is hosting on the hybrid working announcement by the Bank.
The next meetings take place today at 12.30pm and on Monday, as follows:
Friday the 25th of July 12:30 register here
Monday the 28th of July 12:30 register here
Monday the 28th of July 18:30 register here
|
The message from yesterday’s meetings is clear. We need to stand together and resist any changes to the current hybrid working model.
In 2021 the Bank said:
AIB staff will work from home three days a week even after lockdowns lift,
"The hybrid working strategy will ensure that many of our employees can continue to benefit from an enhanced work-life balance while contributing to sustainable communities”
Hundreds of your work colleagues have joined the FSU over the last few days to help us win this battle – and it is a battle. What you can do to help.
Complete the survey
The survey remains open, and we invite you to complete it and keep sharing it with your colleagues. You can do so here: AIB Hybrid Working survey
Ask a colleague to join
These meetings will be only available for members, however it is easy to join. Ask a colleague to join at https://www.fsunion.org/join. If they put your name in the “recruited by” section, you will get a €50/£40 voucher as a thank you.
