Advice Centre Helpline re. Workload, Stress or Burnout - All FSU Members
24 March 2026
We are holding a new confidential Advice Centre helpline, available from today, to support members who are experiencing issues related to workload, stress or burnout. If you are struggling with workload or feeling overwhelmed, do not leave it too long. Early engagement is key and support is available.
We are aware of the increasing pressures many members are under. Excessive workloads, unclear expectations and ongoing workplace strain are having a real impact on people’s health and wellbeing.
Through the helpline you can:
- Talk through your situation in confidence
- Get advice on your rights and options
- Be guided on how to raise concerns with your employer
- Receive support in managing workload issues before they escalate
Please spread the word to colleagues in your team and across your workplace. Share the details directly and on your social media channels where appropriate. The more members who know this support is available, the stronger we are collectively.
The helpline will open from:
Tuesday 24 March to Friday 17 April 2026
9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Freephone: ROI 1800 81 91 91 | NI-GB 0800 358 0071
If you would like to speak with an advisor in confidence about your situation, express concerns, or share feedback, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. You can also reach our team online at the following link: Access the FSU Advice Centre here
