FSU Confidential Helpline on pay and performance issues

We are offering a confidential helpline this week for all FSU members in Google,

From 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM,  Monday to Friday

If you have questions about pay reviews, ratings, PIPs, bonuses, progression, objective setting or how performance is being assessed in Google now is the time to get advice. You do not have to accept decisions with scrutiny. If something does not sit right, get it checked.

We are here to offer clear, practical guidance on your options and next steps. Early advice makes a real difference. All advice and support is offered on a confidential basis.

Please spread the word to colleagues in your team and across your workplace. Share the details directly and on your social media channels where appropriate. The more members who know this support is available, the stronger we are collectively.
