DSW Refurb and Killeaton Relocation - Danske Bank NI

We have been advised by the Bank of their plan to refurbish DSW and relocate Killeaton over the next 18 months.

While investment and refurbishment are positive we do understand that any relocation of staff can be disruptive and create challenges. There is at least 12 months to working through these challenges.

We welcome the commitment from the Bank to engage and listen to feedback to resolve issues as they emerge over the coming weeks and months.

We also have a commitment from the Bank that the hybrid and flexible working arrangements will not be changing as a result of this.
