In this episode we concentrate on the integration of artificial intelligence into the workplace, the possible ramifications for workers, the obligations of employers and what actions the Government and the regulator need to take.

Issues such as job displacement, the human in control principle, training and upskilling of employees, stakeholder engagement, AI gender bias, are all discussed.

We hear from Molly Newell,

Molly leads TASCS research on a variety of emerging tech issues, including AI, Cybersecurity, digital regulation, and platform economics. An experienced project manager, Molly authored a report commissioned by the FSU on the possible impacts of AI in the Financial Services Sector.
