Shift Premium Update - AIB ROI Shift Premiums

AIB ROI – Shift Premiums
Your Union has been working hard on your behalf on this issue. So far, we have secured the following.
The Bank will implement the Collective Agreement (Phase off). The phase off Collective Agreement is as follows:
- After 3 years with the shift premium phased out over 2 years
- 75% of shift allowance for 8 months
- 50% of shift allowance for 8 months
- 25% of shift allowance for 8 months
- After 6 years with the shift premium phased out over 3 years
- 75% of shift allowance for 1 year
- 50% of shift allowance for 1 year
- 25% of shift allowance for 1 year
- Returning to shift will be made available to staff where possible. Please contact your line manager to pursue your request. It may take some time to find you a role and it may not be in your department. Should you be offered a role, you will not have to accept it.
Members have contacted us and provided us with documentation, and we are discussing each item with the Bank. If you have not provided us with documentation and think there is an error in how the Collective Agreement is being applied to you, please get in touch with us.
We continue discussions with the Bank on this matter and will update you accordingly.
