Following the close of the ballot on the proposed pay review for 2026, we are writing to inform you that the majority of members who voted have accepted the pay offer.

We would like to thank every member who took the time to carefully consider the proposal and cast their vote. Your participation is vital to our collective strength and democratic process.

This outcome means that the agreed terms with be implemented April 1^st 2026.  Your Union will ensure these terms are implemented as agreed.
