Pay Update - ViaNova

Your Union Committee met with the Company yesterday and are pleased to confirm we have reached a positive proposal on pay, fully supported by your Reps and Union.

The employer will pay a 3% pay increase to all staff in January 2026.

Given our desire to have this agreed for January payroll, we will run a very quick electronic ballot of members for approval.

The ballot will open tomorrow Thursday 11^th December and close on Wednesday 17^th December at 4.00pm. To vote you will receive an email from our balloting partner Mi-Voice with a unique voting code to ensure privacy. Please check your spam/junk emails if it doesn’t land in your inbox.
