Re:  Pay Claim

Thanks to members for completing the survey on pay.  This has formed the basis of our pay claim, which was submitted on your behalf on Tuesday, 10,  June 2025.

Based on your feedback the following items were identified:

• Pay claim must include all levels.
• Members are seeking a significant pay increase.
• Members would be interested in the introduction of a bonus scheme, but not in exchange for a pensionable increase.

We have also included a deadline for a response from Infosys, which is dated Tuesday, 24 June, 2025.  Should we not receive a response, the matter will be referred to the Workplace Relations Commission.

At this stage we are yet to receive a reply.

Bringing Infosys to the table this year will likely take a big effort.  We will keep you updated but it’s an important time to join the Union, strength in numbers will continue to be our best chance at success.
