Pay award 2024 - Wipro

Following our members’ meeting of Friday morning I undertook to confirm to members the revised Wipro pay offer and to confirm to members what Infosys are guaranteeing for members post transfer.  In that regard, please find below the revised Wipro Offer and the Underpin of that offer by Infosys.

The revised Wipro pay proposals are as follows;

We understand that the employees are unhappy with the proposed Wipro increase, and as we originally offered to apply the Infosys increase to the transferring employees, we are proposing to agree to apply the difference between the Wipro increase and the Infosys increase to the transferring employees, when this is awarded by Infosys.  It should be noted that if it is agreed to backdate the increase, this will only be backdated to the employees’ transfer to Infosys date at the earliest (1^st November 2024).

You will receive a ballot paper from our independent ballot providers tomorrow, Tuesday 8^th October asking to accept or reject the proposals as outlined above. The ballot will run for a period of one week closing on Tuesday 15^th October.  Your Union representatives recommend these proposals for the purpose of dealing with pay for 2024.
