Pay award 2024 - Wipro

The Union has just completed discussions with management on the 2024 merit salary increases.  This year’s offer is as follows:

These payments are very disappointing and do not come close to our expectations in relation to the claim put forward by the Union. Even those members that receive the highest award will not meet current inflation.

Given the imminent transfer to Infosys time is not on our side in relation to referring this matter to the WRC or ultimately to the Labour Court, however we do need to take steps to put pressure on the employer to increase the current offer.

We have arranged a members’ meeting for tomorrow afternoon at 4 p.m. This meeting will be held via Microsoft office teams.
