AIB 04/26
Following intensive negotiations over the last 2 weeks, we have reached a set of pay proposals to put forward to members to ballot. These are recommended and supported by your Sector Committee.
These proposals are summarised as follows:
- 5% pay increase pot split 1.75% as fixed and 1.75% as performance
- Minimum underpin increase of €1500/£1350
- €1,000/£900 voucher
- Foley Job Security Agreement extended
Salary | Pay Increase | €1k Voucher value | Total Reward |
€30K | 5% | 3.3% | 8.3% |
€40K | 3.75% | 2.5% | 6.25% |
€50K | 3.5% | 2% | 5.5% |
€80K | 3.5% | 1.25% | 4.75% |
€100K | 3.5% | 1% | 4.5% |
The Bank has also paid the increased VHI premium, circa €600, which is of significant value to members in the Republic of Ireland.
In addition, we also expect the full variable pay payout of 5% this year as we believe the Bank’s performance is strong.
