AIB 04/26

 

Following intensive negotiations over the last 2 weeks, we have reached a set of pay proposals to put forward to members to ballot.  These are recommended and supported by your Sector Committee.

 

These proposals are summarised as follows:

  • 5% pay increase pot split 1.75% as fixed and 1.75% as performance
  • Minimum underpin increase of €1500/£1350
  • €1,000/£900 voucher
  • Foley Job Security Agreement extended

The Bank has also paid the increased VHI premium, circa €600, which is of significant value to members in the Republic of Ireland.

 

In addition, we also expect the full variable pay payout of 5% this year as we believe the Bank’s performance is strong.

Our expectation is the same pay awards will be made to L4/5 colleagues in ROI.

Levels 1-3 pay increases are due in April payroll and Levels 4/5 in July.

Ballot arrangements

The ballot, using our balloting partner Mi-Voice, will be emailed out to all members this Friday 13 February and will be open for 2 weeks, closing at 4pm on Friday 27 February 2026. If you don’t receive a ballot by email please check your spam/junk/other before contacting FSU.

 

Only members can vote in this ballot so please encourage all your colleagues to join so that we have a clear mandate and outcome.
