Member meeting - Fiserv

Following the announcement that AIB have sold their share in Merchant Services to Fiserv, we hosted a member meeting to discuss your concerns.

 

I can now confirm the following:

  • There will be no changes in terms and conditions, this includes years of service. Any direction from Fiserv to the contrary please contact your union immediately.

 

Our most recent survey demonstrated that the 5 days in office mandate is the most important issue to you.  This was reiterated at our recent member meeting.  We not only seek to protect terms and conditions but to improve them.
