Yesterday the Bank communicated the Involve & Perform Bonus Scheme for 2025.
The Involve G2-G4 bonus scheme, payout will be 4.73% (out of a max 5%).
The Perform G5-G8 bonus scheme, payout depends on individual performance rating:
Zone A 9.48% from a max possible 10%
Zone B 6.64% from a possible max 7%
Zone C 4.74% from a possible max 5%

We welcome this decision and recognise it as a positive gesture by your employer. This bonus is a testament to the collective hard work, dedication, and productivity of staff throughout the year. We appreciate the contribution it will make to each of your households.
The positive end of year financial results announced today is also a testament to the effort and commitment of every employee. It too reinforces the value of our collective efforts and the importance of maintaining a collaborative relationship between the union and management.
While we welcome the positive results, we remain focused on ensuring that the company’s success translates into fair and meaningful benefits for all members. We will continue to advocate for members in all future negotiations.
Reminder: The pay ballot for Pay Review 2026 closes tomorrow, Friday 6 February at 3pm. If you haven’t voted yet, please do so. FSU is recommending acceptance of the Bank’s proposal as the proposal is leading within the Sector.
