Hybrid Working Update - BOI 21/25 - BOI Group
23 July 2025
BOI 21/25
Your union committee will begin talks with the Bank on hybrid working next week. We are conscious that not all staff can avail of hybrid working, but for those who can this is a hugely important issue.
Our aim is to reach a collective agreement that facilitates reasonable and positive hybrid working arrangements while protecting your right to hybrid work.
We ask all staff to continue working under their existing conditions until an agreement is reached.
While your committee works on negotiating a collective agreement, there are some things you can do now to protect your existing individual conditions:
- Apply for an exception or submit a request for remote/flexible work (see the FSU guide attached).
- Contact your FSU rep if you have exceptional circumstances and need advice.
- Support your union by asking your colleagues to join at fsunion.org/join.
