Hybrid Update - AIB 26/25

AIB 36/25

Following the ballot outcome FSU has referred the matter to the WRC to enter into the conciliation process with AIB with a view to resolving the issue.

This process could take some time to arrange and conscious of pending timeframes we have agreed with the Bank to engage an independent third party to facilitate direct talks.  This does not preclude the use of the WRC if required.

We are now in the process of agreeing terms of reference and identifying the right independent third party to assist us.
