The fight for a transparent and workable hybrid policy is not over—and we need your help!

We need two things from all hybrid workers right now:

• Complete a short survey about your views and exceptions to the policy. Your response will help us understand the ongoing impact and strengthen our case.

• Join our upcoming online members’ meeting at 1pm on Tuesday, the 18^th of November to discuss next steps and how we keep the pressure on.

Every step we take depends on how strongly we can stand together. This negotiation has been drawn out and difficult—but we won’t let that dampen our drive to win a better policy. Let’s show the bank that we are united and determined to win a fair outcome.

Reminder of the latest: We have exhausted conciliation at the WRC, and our union has asked for a joint referral to the Labour Court.
