2025 saw significant change with how your pay increases are calculated in PTSB. The Group of Unions negotiated a complete reset of the pay system that is fairer, more transparent, and more equitable. That means more money in more people’s pockets.
So what does this mean for 2026? We have reset the pay system – now it’s time to put it to work for you in 2026. We want to hear directly from you on what you are expecting in our 2026 pay talks.
