Have Your Say for Better Pay - AIB Group
24 September 2025
Our Pay 2026 survey is now open: https://www.fsunion.org/aib-pay-2025
This survey is completely confidential – your employer will not see individual responses.
Your views will directly shape our 2026 pay claim, ensuring it reflects what you and your colleagues need most.
AIB posted half-year profits of €923 million and has returned to private ownership – achievements made possible by your hard work. That success should be recognised in your pay.
Your work deserves a pay rise that covers inflation, the rising cost of essential goods and services and takes account of the profits the bank is generating.
Please take two minutes to complete the survey and share it with your colleagues, too.
Only FSU members can have a direct say in pay talks. If colleagues aren’t members yet, invite them to join today: www.fsunion.org/fsu/join.
The more people who take part, the stronger our voice will be.
