We use your feedback to guide us in our pay talks with your employer.

Inflationary pressures, the rising cost of essential goods and the profits made by the bank are some of the issues we will highlight through the pay talks.

We will remind the bank it is your professionalism and dedication to customer service which contributes to the profit margins enjoyed by the bank.
