2 days annual leave - All FSU Members, PTSB Level 3

All our retail/branch Level 3 members who were impacted by the 2021 pay freeze should have received an email yesterday from the bank confirming that you will receive an extra 2 days’ annual leave on a once-off basis to be used within the next 12 months.

As you are aware, the FSU and the bank were in dispute over how to resolve this issue for the past few years. Our Level 3 union committee reached this solution with the bank to close out this legacy matter, and we are satisfied that it provides reasonable redress.

This only applies to retail/branch Level 3s who were employed as a Level 3 in 2021 and are still employed now.

Any Level 3s who already left on the Voluntary Severance Scheme or will leave before the end of June will get the 2 days paid out instead.
