How can we make sure that FinTrU prioritizes its employees in the workplace?

FinTrU has had a changing culture that has left employees like you behind- the need for an independent staff voice is evident. We know the vast majority of employees in FinTrU love their job but don’t want to see negative impacts on staff.

Having a recognised trade union in the workplace is the best way to ensure that staff have a voice and a means to take action against negative policies. If 51% of a unit of a workforce (such a particular grade) joins a union, that union will be recognised in the workplace.
