What’s happening now?
We’re currently in pay negotiations with the Bank. Your FSU negotiation team- made up of BOI colleagues elected by you are pushing for a fair deal.
We presented our pay survey results to the bank. The key outcomes from the survey are:
· Union engagement and participation is significantly up and very strong
· Expectations from members based on the bank’s performance are very high
· The cost of living crisis is still very real and is impacting members’ financial choices
· Fixed pay increases are the priority for our members
