AIB Pay Survey 2026: What You Told Us 

AIB staff turned out in huge numbers for our survey- and you spoke loud and clear. 

  • 75% prefer flat rate pay increases over performance-based raises. Staff want equal pay increases. 
  • Over 70% chose cash when given a variable pay option, citing the cost of living and everyday expenses as their main reasons. 
  • 82% opted for health insurance, a benefit won by the FSU that continues to make a big difference for staff. 
  • Hybrid working is a top priority for AIB staff. The FSU is dedicated to championing your voice on this issue.
