Update - Infosys

At our recent member meeting members raised several queries. Your union has sought answers and resolutions and are also seeking more information.
- Members’ queries on system
- Please note that the Infosys leave system integration for TUPE employees, reflecting their specific entitlements, was completed on 28th March 2025 and is accessible to all employees.
- Regarding Infosys performance management system, induction sessions covering its functionality and required details were previously conducted by HR.
- To address any remaining concerns or missed sessions, Infosys will schedule a refresher session. There is a HR staff member coming to visit the Infosys office in May to manage queries and provide this refresher course. Dates to be advised and your union will let you know.
- Queries on leave types, transfers and availing of the leave:
- The discrepancy on Christmas leave was around a misunderstanding to whom it applied. Anyone ex AIB is entitled to it and this should be corrected. Any member still not able to avail of it who thinks they are entitled should contact me on
- We are still hearing from members who came across from WIPRO that there is a discrepancy on your leave transfers. For those members we require some more information. Would you please complete our survey here:

- Other items:
Infosys are not renewing the lease on the current office in October. Infosys are looking at 2 possibilities for relocation:
- Central Park, beside AIB
- Charlemont exchange.
