Thrive ratings - BOI 03/26 - BOI Group
16 January 2026
BOI 03/26
At this time of year, staff will be receiving their Thrive performance ratings. These ratings are extremely important as they influence your pay increase, which our union is currently negotiating.
The union has previously issued detailed guidance on the performance process, which is available to all members at: https://www.fsunion.org/assets/files/pdf/boi_performance_management.pdf
If you are not satisfied with your rating, you should appeal it. You can contact your Sector Committee representative for help with your appeal using their details below.
Please continue to encourage all staff in your area to join our union, so that we are stronger for the year ahead.
