Pay Update

An update on our union pay negotiations for 2025 has now been posted on WorkVivo. It says:

Update #3

Following the previous updates in relation to 2025 pay, negotiations have now concluded.

Agreement has been reached in principle between the Group of Unions and the Bank.

The Unions will make contact directly with their respective members through a series of information sessions.

The first information session will be held via Teams on Monday, 23 June 2025 at 1.00p.m. and links will be issued directly by the Unions.

The process remains confidential until documentation is finalised between the Group of Unions and the Bank and issued.
