The FSU are delighted to announce that we have a fully funded level 5 Award in Coaching and Mentoring now on offer to members.

This course is perfect for anyone who has completed the level 3 award and would like to further upskill in the area of Coaching and Mentoring, whether it be to further your career prospects or aid you in your current role.

This course will provide you with high level skills to do so as well as providing you with an accredited certification upon completion.

Coaching and Mentoring provides invaluable skills that allow people to confidently teach, train and encourage others while showcasing your leadership skills and initiative.

These skills are invaluable to those who are climbing the career ladder and would like to bolster their skills along with their employer’s confidence in their ability to help staff around them while being a driving force for the projects.

It also is helpful to those who find they would benefit from having more extensive techniques to help navigate the more complex teams and projects in their work.

The course will be held one night a week online.
