AIB 07/26

A lot of our focus and attention has understandably been on pay and profit share over the last number of weeks.

We have also been agreeing the details of the Hybrid appeals process, the appeal hearers and the appeal logistics for those in that process which we are very close to finalising and will communicate as a matter of urgency once finalised.

We have also resolved a number of base location issues. However, the challenge this brings is reducing hub capacity. We have been discussing this issue with the Bank, and it will now form part of our next review with Mr Duffy which will be happening shortly.

We will now have renewed focus on these important issues while also tackling the challenge of pay transparency this year for all our members.
