I can confirm that members have voted to reject the proposals put to ballot.

This means our current industrial action continues. No members are to participate in any knowledge transfer.

The union team will meet later this week to review this outcome and consider appropriate next steps. I will now confirm this outcome to Chris Davis and encourage further talks to resolve the dispute.
