Funding opportunities available for FSU members in NI to take Open University Courses
Issued : 6 September 2017
Members of the Financial Services Union in Northern Ireland can receive financial support for Open University (OU) courses through our partnership with the Union Learn Fund.
The first step is to check out the great range of course the Open University offers. Beginning this Saturday, 9th September, the OU is visiting communities across Northern Ireland to outline their courses and qualifications and answer your questions.
According to FSU Training Manager, Marian Geoghegan, “The Open University will be in six centres in Northern Ireland over the coming weeks and I would encourage FSU members to drop into these informal information sessions – no appointment is necessary, just pop in.
“Dozens of FSU members have already accessed fantastic OU Certificate, Diploma and Degree programmes. It’s a great opportunity, so please take the chance to explore your options over the coming weeks."
If a FSU member is interested in pursuing a course then financial support is available through our partnership with the Union Learn Fund. Contact email@example.com for details.
