Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for Retail Banking Staff Survey
An Ulster Bank colleague, Patricia Kelly, is completing a Bachelor of Business Hons through Atlantic Technology University in Donegal. She is doing her final thesis on the Effectiveness of Personal Development Plans (PDPs) in Retail Banking. As part of this, she is running a survey to gather some feedback on the subject.
Patricia hopes to publish her paper but needs a large take-up of the survey to legitimise her research. The closing date is next Monday the 24th of July.
