FSU is calling on the Bank of Ireland to improve the profit share matrix for staff.
We have been inundated with feedback from members demanding the Bank improve the matrix.
The contrast between this matrix and the Bank’s performance could not be greater. Likewise the contrast between this matrix and other executive bonuses is simply unconscionable.
We are now encouraging all staff to join an online Members’ Meeting next week to discuss the matrix, the feedback and next steps to encourage the Bank to improve the matrix.
